On September 13, 2008 at 6:00pm, the Blackstone Valley Boys and Girls Club will be holding a fundraising event at the Italian Workmens Club on Diamond Hill in Woonsocket, RI. Live entertainment will be provided by Blame it on Bob. Hot and Cold Appetizers will be served and tickets only cost $15!

The Club is now taking sign-ups for their Before and After School Programs, Monday through Friday during office hours. The School Age Programs are open to boys and girls going into grades one through five in the Blackstone Valley Area. Please note that bussing is only provided for Blackstone and Millville students.
The Before School Program operates daily from 6:45am-8:30am. Children are offered breakfast, homework help, games/activities and computer time. Students are picked up at the bus stop on the corner of Main Street and Old Mendon Street.
The After School Program operates daily from 3:30pm-6:00pm. Students are bussed from the Millville and Blackstone elementary schools and dropped off at the Club. The afternoon consists of a snack (provided by the Club), homework help, computers, arts and crafts, games/activities, movies and much more.
