Before/After School Program
The Blackstone Valley Boys & Girls Club hosts a youth After School Program for elementary school students in grades 1 - 5. The program runs Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Members receive an after school snack, one hour of homework time, arts & crafts and are engaged in other recreational activities. While all local communities are welcome to this program, transportation is only available from the Blackstone-Millville elementary schools.
The BVBGC also has a Before School Program for our early bird parents. Beginning at 6:45 AM, you can drop off your child to receive breakfast and homework help before starting their day.
The Before and After School Programs are great together or individually based on your household need. Spaces are limited.
Our Program Rates for the 2007/2008 School Year are as follows:
Before & After School - $260 per month*
Before School Only - $120 per month per child
After School Only - $200 per month per child*
*When two or more children are registered, Before & After School is reduced to $240, Before School is reduced to $110 and After School is reduced to $185.
Additionally, during school vacations in December, February, April the Club holds a day program to keep kids active and entertained during the workday. This is an extra fee.
For Blackstone and Millville members, the club is also open from 7:00-6:00pm on Professional Development Days.
